Hi Guys,
How is the preparation of your cars for Saturday's 100th event going? I spent some time last night starting to work on mine and the following picture shows the ones I selected for the event. Some I will race with my co-driver(s) and the rest I will have available for others to use:
So far I've completed the four in the front row of the picture, counting from the right - Viper, Jaguar, Aston Martin (all for Restricted GT) and the Audi R8C (for Slot.It Challenge). The rest, continuing with the front row are a Ford GT40 (#6), Ferrari 275P (#22), Ford GT40 (#4) and Ferrari 330 P4 (#23), all for the Vintage Sports class. In the back row, starting from the right, are my white Toyota 88C (Slot. It Challenge), McLaren MP412C (Restricted GT) , Lola T70 (#6), Chaparral 2 (#65) and Cobra Daytona (#5) all for Vintage Sports.
Reliability will be a factor in these long races so you should go over all your cars paying particular attention to the wire connections. Let everyone know below how your prep work is going.

Car preparations for FRC 100th
Re: Car preparations for FRC 100th
Looking good, Gordon. I may well have to enlist the services of one of your Vintage Sports cars (depending on which team I end up on) as 'my' car, the Lola T70 (Peter's own) is not that competitive and I wouldn't want to race it over 20 minutes anyway as even after a regular 30 lapper, the motor gets very hot. Toyota 88C (Slot.it Challenge) ready, I hope and Jonathan's Audi R8 (Restricted GT) nearly there.

Gordon,
Your cars always looking race ready & like you need a bigger "garage" table just now
My (VS - RGT - SC) cars are all race ready too...
