British Racing Greens

Post by gordon »

Guys, I came across this very interesting article called “British Racing Greens. The Airfield Circuits of Great Britain & Northern Ireland”. There’s interesting war history about each circuit when they were active WW II airfields, but also racing history from after the war when they became circuits and even Scalextric track plans of each one showing the shape, size and track pieces needed to reproduce them. Lots of reading for both the racing and history fans.

Very interesting. I didn't read all of it but did have a look at the Scalextric versions of the tracks. Some I find very interesting and think they would make nice digital layouts.
