Every thing should be done in more advertising to expose more of the public to slot car racing there are plenty persons out there have probably never seen a slot car race.

Dennoy, from the perspective of expanding awareness of slot car racing, I agree with you 100%, especially so for digital slot racing since even those aware about slot racing may not know about the thrills of six cars running on two lanes. This is being done to some extent by the Model Car Association of Trinidad & Tobago (MCATT) who organise public Scalextric slot racing events on a fairly regular basis.

For home-based slot race tracks like FRC and TSCC (racing at Ramesh's track), we have to keep a lower profile for obvious reasons. However, we always welcome guests of existing racers, out of which we get new enthusiasts like yourself from time to time.
