American Muscle and GT were always Kyle's favourite classes, so just before the GT races, we remembered him by my taking his GT Porsche 911R for a few laps of FRC. Without so much as cleaning the tyres or lubing the car, it quickly got down to a respectable 4.6 sec lap time. I'm sure he was guiding my hands on the throttle:

LMP starting grid - Cadillac, Riley, Lola-Aston and two Peugeots:

During the LMP races we had two simultaneous crashes which had nothing to do with each other. O'Brie's Peugeot ended up in the Caiman Pond area:

Congratulations to the winners.

Next event's classes: A revised Group A: Mixed GT IROC - 6 races @ 20 laps, Restricted GT - 3 races @ 30 laps. As usual, don't forget to see the updated fastest times for the FRC classes to know what the benchmarks are for your cars, the updated class average qualifying times and the updated fastest times for 2016.

See you on the circuit...

Thanks. it was a very enjoyable evening for me , returning home there was a road block looking for drunk drivers and as usual some 79.99 km drivers side by side avoiding a drive through. bye, enjoy your weekend all.

Great night of racing as usual at FRC. Must say I had some fun although these fast classes aren't usually my favourite ones, There were some interesting races within races for me, particularly with Gordon in GT (two Ferrari F430s) and with O'Brie in LMP (two Peugeot 908s). As usual, the Bhola-tuned cars were in a different league. Luke T. didn't actually race but he did provide some expert marshalling and track calls. Was great to see Kyle's old but trusty 911 doing some laps. Congrats to Ramesh on winning all classes raced and of course taking the overall title.
Looking forward to the next event.
