Gordon,

Registration going GUNS :D

Noticing other than the car numbers ..

The No.52 & No.25 Honda Civic models are very identical in liveries :|

Gordon the C3694 was a 2014 entrant
Can I still register it since it has the same spec as the other 125's

Hello Gordon

You can safely check off these 5 (out of 8) acquired BTCC models 16:8:19 on the reservation list - which I’m looking after 8-)

Luke T / BMW No.100
Arden / Honda No.25
Devi / Honda No.52
Luke B / BMW No.111
Kenny / VW No.24

Hopefully names like Ramesh & Luke T (BMW No.4 & Honda No.25) by 19:8:19 latest.

However number 13 is still on (wish-list) pre-order.

All the same, days in time to raceway on 22:8:19 FRC 276 Race Day :D

Gordon,

Looking at Steve’s post and the other replies plus going over BTCC reservation list ...

It’s showing the first to record a MG6 (No.6) model was yours truly (Luke T) but not long after turned down the decision and went with a (No.100) BWM model instead.

That said - it’s now showing the first to register a VW Passat will be Professor Ramesh, then two (2) newbies Kenny plus his son Kadan with a VW & MG6 model respectively.

Some light reporting & God Bless.

The VW Passat & MG6 models viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1525 clearly wasn’t much of a favorite to register.

Probably because of it’s body, chassis and interior specs.

Yet still a VW Passat was ahead viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1533 of the whole bunch of BMW & Honda Civic models by almost 1 second :o

Giving credit where credit is due 8-)

Sort of defeats the purpose and intent of the class, doesn't it? Reminds me of those children's education pictures where it goes:

One of these things is not like the others:

Dat car fast! All I can say is that I was more concerned with getting lapped than trying to pass others and I was in second place!!!!

Gordon,

At first glance, thought my eyes were playing tricks ... but was pleasantly surprised to see a 16th. BTCC booking for 1 Scalextric C4017 MG6 No.6 slot-car :-D

You are now going to be (most likely) the first with a MG6 model on the Grid at the next FRC BTCC event, probably early October 2019 :-)
