Luke, if none of the established slot car suppliers lists tyres for this car, your best bet might be to check E Bay.

Luke, Paul Gage makes urethane tyres for this Escort:

You can also check Slot Car Corner for Paul Gage tyres:

Gordon,

Appreciate your input and all this useful info but to make a long story short would it be possible to purchase these sort of tyres (maybe 2 pairs) from you instead, for this slot-car?

Thanks in advance and for being so understanding,

Luke

Okay Gordon and others,
Luke wrote:... I am organizing to get this same black Ford Escort slot car in Trinidad by next month ...
Here's some GR8 NEWS and as it was written, so it shall be done ..!

Regarding the Scalextric C3748 Ford Escort D. Brodie "RUN baby RUN" No.59 black model car ... that is hehe ;-)

I received this classic item (July 25th) today, for one of our 132 racing comrades in central Trinidad ... It's exactly one week before the end of the month which was planned by yours truly :)

Hopefully it could make a guest appearance at FRC's 216 event (Thursday 28th) but sorry it won't be doing test laps because its not DPR chipped and even if it was - I would rather the owner have this honor. Sure all will understand and if by chance it doesn't make a FRC appearance, I have a plan to get some pics (on the forum) of this actual cool and very detailed (right down to the gold pin striping all around) superb looking 132 slot-car.

If that's AOK with you Gordon,

Luke

Luke brought this beautiful new Scalextric model for me to see yesterday and I have to say that it is one of the most striking 1/32 scale slot cars I've seen in real life. Here are some pics I took of it:

I'd love to own one.
