Suggested regulations for combining Historic Saloon and Clubman classes

Guys, here's a proposed suggestion for combining our Historic Saloon and Clubman classes into a single class. This is for discussion purposes. Here are my initial suggestions:

BTW, I’m not necessarily saying that this is something we should do. It’s just food for thought as well as to get an idea how everyone feels about doing it.

It will be interesting to see the Historic Saloon lap times at the next event and compare them to the Clubman times. Of course the proposed changes would have some potential effects on HS performance, both positive and negative.
