Gordon & Steve,
Daz wha we talking bout... ALONSO ~ THE F1 GLADIATOR
The "Ferrari Drivers Academy" link was very interesting ~ its unreal the lenghts these F1 teams go to and the age of that remarkable karting (14 year old) boy Lance Stroll
OMG these young racing Lads - Our FRC's Aaron Lee could be next in this F1 drivers academy
The F1 Race ~ Alonso vs Schumacher (final 13-12 laps) place and date - Italy "April 2005" San Marino GP @ the IMOLA Circuit...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK2uV9ApLts
I must tell you all, this was the most intense 13 laps of any F1 race I have ever seen! I will say this because I haven't missed seeing any of the other F1 races & since 2000...
Thanks to SPEED & FOX cable channels
A saying of mine's : A place to go before I die ~ I pray to God its a F1 Race under a Big Blue Sky

Re: Malaysian & CHINESE F1 Grid...
Fellas,
A job well done to the 2 Mercedes boys locking up front row...
THE GALDIATOR "5th.Row/9th.Position" on the grid AGAIN
~ You have to wonder if this is a racing strategy of his ~
Remember now, you heard it here 1st. again

Re: Malaysian F1 grid
It's going to be a heck of a race, especially in the first part. Button believes that the Mercedes cars will not have the needed race pace over the distance, but that the hard man to beat at the front will be Kobayashi as the Sauber has good race pace.
Re: Malaysian F1 grid
Well... what a race! Congrats to Nico on his first F1 pole and win. Aside from his dominant performance, the real action took place behind him and so much of it it was better than a Hollywood blockbuster.
Now Luke, I haven't heard from you on your boy Alonso's result (9th) despite your mentioning that we "heard it here 1st. again"
Gordon

Gordon ~ You were right about a heck of a race!!!
Most parts of that race looked like (Dave,Steve & Bod said) some fast moving trains and I have never noticed that kind of thing before, with all those F1 cars racing in straight lines for such long periods too.
I was very happy for Nico with his first pole to the checkered flag in 2 ways;
One - he was knocking on that door for a long time now.
Two - he held off JB and Hammy (sorry bout that Aaron & GG) very good for his debut win and my "heard it here first" was just a hunch second time around that worked well in the Malaysian GP but because of Rosberg's win, Alonso is standing a strong 3rd position in the F1 Champ/Race
Nando did try very hard to get pass those 2 Williams cars and they not take him out in the process.
I think he was still/should be happy with his 2 points because look how Schumi & Kimi end up in that Block Buster of a Race
