Your Best Race @ FRC
Re: Your Best Race @ FRC
Surprise Gordon because (kind of remembered) you did it with the PC IROC viewtopic.php?f=6&t=372 class as well
Re: Your Best Race @ FRC
All in all,
Having the extra time at home, it was a pleasure writing about FRC (October 2013) racing memories because who could of imagine the Whole Wide World in 2020 would be on LOCKDOWN with the COVID-19 Pandemic ..!
At the same time, the story is an ideal topic maybe for others to mention … what was their best race of all the thrilling FRC (slot-car) competitions ..!
Nonetheless ... feel the account is all good

Luke I should have known you'd find another, although not necessarily for me. You have a knack for these kind of statistics.Luke wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 11:07 pm Surprise Gordon because (kind of remembered) you did it with the PC IROC viewtopic.php?f=6&t=372 class as well

Gordon,
The IROC PC 103 competition was such a thrilling one for podium 1st & 2nd positions ...
Results showing an excellent job holding Steve off with 5 firsts & 1 second vs 5 seconds & 1 first spots.
I didn’t do as well (overall 5th) but still enjoyed those IROC racing days

Would you believe Gordon ...
Seeing IROC MC 142 competition ... was somewhat the same competitive results.
This time ... and (as much as) 39 events later
Results showing an excellent job holding me off with 5 firsts & 1 third vs 5 seconds & 1 third spots.
I really enjoyed those IROC racing days

Re: Your Best Race @ FRC
I know you’re probably the biggest FRC IROC fan in the group Luke. Perhaps we can loosen things up a bit and fit in some IROC races when we start racing again. It probably will be good fun.

Gordon,
Thanks for the support concerning IROC racing and yes ..!
You did make that suggestion at the beginning of the year viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1571 but honestly ~ I don’t think you’ll guys, who have graduated (gone clear) to university level slot-car tuning & racing will enjoy college level events.
After all - IROC is now considered a beginners class.
So no probs if I didn’t progress to university level, recollection of past events is good for now and still part of the brotherhood
