Thanks Steve and well done to you also because (even if there were 2 Richards) didn’t realize you sponsored so many racing cars. Which were all raced very impressively by one Richard
Lancia 037 - Rally Car / Average BLTs 10 seconds
Toyota 88C - Slot.It Challenge / BLT 5.886
Dallara Indy - F1 / BLT 5.890
Mind you, I did hear you discussing with Edward B. (as well) to race your Rally Car over the “sub-standard” yellow Subaru Impreza WRC / Average BLTs 11 sec. that he was going to race.

Can someone please refresh my memory ? I remember one Richard being there, the one that I lent a Lancia 037, a Toyota 88C and a Dallara Indy to. I cannot remember a Richard and a Richard R.
Steve, I generally try to keep things as simple as possible on the Forum. For this reason everyone gets registered by first name in the results database (we're all on a first name basis, right?). In cases where a new driver has the same first name as one already registered, I simply add their surname initial to the name.
When entering results, several things (including driver names) show up as a drop-down list and sometimes I mistakenly select the wrong name if the first names are the same. This is what happened in the case of the two Richards. Richard (without the "R" surname initial) is the first Richard (Gillmore/Thompson) who ever raced with us many years ago.
Okay, I now see what's going on. Didn't notice before that the results had both a Richard and a Richard R. listed where it should only have had Richard R.
Just for the record , I never did refer to Boo's yellow Impreza as 'sub-standard'. I asked Edward if he wanted to try my Lancia 037 and offered to let him use it if he preferred it to the Subaru. The choice was his.
Okay Steve you didn’t use those exact words but knowing / seeing Boo’s rally car wasn’t up to scratch ... you probably made him the offer how you had a better lap time rally car. Correct?
Honestly - I think you should have just left well alone because the Impreza was chipped / setup by me and tested pretty well by a first time digital racer. The WhatsApp video (I myself recorded) shows how good it was driven.
Anyway, as the saying goes it’s water under the bridge.
So let us not lose any sleep by this past situation
