Thanks for this info. Gordon. I think most FRC regulars instinctively knew this already. Now we have it in black and white . Well done Ram ! Well done also to everyone else who managed to make it into that rarified listing.

What I find of interest is the direction the pole times go. The report is sorted by slowest to fastest time, however when you look at the dates, in some cases times drop off more recently. I know that some of those are because of regulation adjustments during the year, but I still find it interesting because other times, despite adjusting the regs to slow the cars, the most recent date is the quickest time!

Hi Gordon,
would you be able to do a similar report, but sorted chronologically instead of by lap time ? That way we could see how the lap times progressed over time.

What I thought about with these statistics Gordon was if Luke B. was racing too in 2017 ... It sure would have been a whole different picture of records. However - Hats Off for those who caught up (mostly pinned by you Gordon) with Ramesh B. BLTs and form the looks of things - he's truly (aka) The Professor of Slotcar Racing ..!

Steve, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are charts showing the pole progression by date for each class:

Thanks Gordon. These graphs illustrate quite vividly what you said about the falling lap times !
