RACE REPORT #233 - May 25th 2017 (NSS, MP, RGT)

A full grid of six drivers turned up to race our Nissan Super Series IROC (NSS), Modified Production (MP) and Restricted GT (RGT) classes. It was a night of much on-track action and very many spills. There was even a mistake where a car did a race in the wrong class and no one noticed till the race was almost over! By the end of the last race it proved to be a total domination by one driver who ended up winning almost everything.

Congratulations to the winners!

Next event's classes: Class grouping B - Historic Saloon (3 races), American Pony Car (3 races), Vintage Sports '60-'75 (3 races).

As usual, don't forget to see the updated fastest times for the FRC classes to know what the benchmarks are for your cars, the updated class average qualifying times and the updated fastest times for 2017.

See you on the circuit...

Thanks guys lots of fun always, it was indeed a pleasure. I do suggest we look at the IROC races as a incentive race for new racers only , that we will not take part in. so we can encourage new people to come out. Thanks

Great night of racing as usual at FRC. It was really good fun to race the GT-Rs after not having raced them for a while. The other two classes were great fun as well. Particularly enjoyed Mod. Prod. where my BMW M3 (E30 series) was quite a good match for O'Brie's similar car. Too bad he had problems with it and chose to retire it after the first race.
Congrats to Ram on winning all three classes raced and, naturally, the overall title. Congrats to Ram on also winning Index Of Performance.
Looking forward to the next event.
