GG,

Seeing you confirmed I got the circuit right :)

I gave the F1 car a bit more attention and realized its Vettel's because Daniel's car is No.3 and instead, a No.1 is smack-dab in the middle of the car on the side mounting body work ...

See it :?:

Just noticed it Luke. I usually look at a driver's helmet for identification but these days drivers are not as consistent with their helmet designs as they used to be back in my day. Nowadays they keep changing them.

Hi all,

Of all the FRC 132 slotcar racing days I know about, I believe Thursday (16th. Oct. '14) race night Blackout was the very first time racing had to be called off at the very last moment. Guess it was very disappointing for all who was getting ready to go racing because I was just about to install a F1 chip in my F1 car when electricity went around 6:15pm and it didn't come back till (7:15) a hour later. Kind of knew I wont have the time again setting-up a F1 car and that I wasn't going to be racing F1 for the night but ...

When I got the first 6:30pm Red Flag text from GG - wondered how difficult it must be for him setting things up and when I received the 7:30 Black Flag text ~ No Racing @ FRC - I wasn't surprised ...

The newspapers the next day ~ had this Blackout affecting thousands of citizens across the whole country and sure we could come up with 10,000 reasons why this may have happened. I don't know how you other (north & south) guys dealt with this disappointment but I looked on the bright side - knowing things happen for a reason & that I now have more time to get my F1 car ready ... for FRC's next race meet :)

Luke, I'm surprised that you lost current for only an hour. It went in my area for close to three hours. Certainly disappointed that racing didn't take place but it was understandable. Looking forward to racing again soon.
