First event for 2014

Post by gordon »

Guys, our first event for 2014 will be held next Thursday 9th January and will start with a discussion to finalize implementation of our regulation changes and to set our class groupings. This will be followed by setting-up of the track for a tune and test session and any informal races amongst those present.

Here's the agenda for our discussion:
  1. Review of each change I have made to the regulations,
  2. Timeframe for implementation of each of the agreed changes.
  3. Review of number of classes per event, the objective being to finish racing earlier and to relax the pace of proceedings on race night.
  4. Determine the actual class groupings, aiming to keep the cycle as small as is practical.
  5. Any other points of interest to our digital racing at FRC.
If you can think of anything to add to this list, please note it down and bring it up at the relevant time during the discussion.

Gordon

(PS: I expect everyone will arrive by about 8:00 PM)

Hello Gordon/Fellas,

Thinking about this since Monday gone... with this post.

I am taking a (risky) initiative here, with this suggestion knowing the distance/journey South Boyz have to make...

Could everyone aim for 7:45 instead - to start our discussions by 8:00 PM for a time frame of "atleast" one hour :?:

Sure we would all like to get some sort of racing done and starting this by 9:00 PM ~ it could be all done including putting down & up FRC by 11:00 PM 8-)

This making sense ent :)
