RACE REPORT #150 - December 5th 2013
Just four drivers were able to make it to race our Ferrari Challenge IROC and F1 classes. Luke had planned to be present but was called out to work at the eleventh hour and so missed our 150th event.
The Ferrari races were as close as we've come to expect despite there being just four entries, each of whom achieved a win. In one race first and second place were split by six-thousandths of a second (0.006 sec) after 25 laps of racing! In the end just four points separated all four drivers, with a one point each separating first, second and third.
F1 was another story, albeit a bit of a similar one of late. Luke B. totally dominated, winning all five races, with Ramesh pulling off second place in four. Ironically, in the one race he did not run second the place was taken by me in one of his own cars. Its now pretty clear that we have to rise to the challenge in our car preparation to be able to catch Team Bhola!
For the second event in succession the marshals had a chance to do some racing, running two races with the Ferraris. This gave Jonathan a chance to get even with Marlon and from what transpired, we're soon going to have two new regular drivers at FRC.
The results
Congratulations to the winners.

Re: Race report #150 - Thursday 5th December, 2013
Great night of racing as usual, despite only 4 regular drivers showing up as well as Marlon and Jon who had another taste of FRC racing. Too bad Luke had to cancel at short notice. Congrats Gordon, on your 150th race report ! Well done. Congrats also to Luke B. on wins in the regular races and to Jon for his win in the marshals' race.
Looking forward to the next event !
