GG - I cant believe all this have to happen for one simple 132 racing event... Great support with only 5 persons (maybe 6 if we push it) right and yet, somehow a Simple Solution went out the window... I think if anything should be resolved here (no offense to your porject) with all this & that, two months from now it wont matter one bit to anybody for all this excess effort.

I personally will say now, if my car (set-up with MB Slot Motor from before) dont pass the 45 degree test, no probs - Its simple, I wont bother to race.

In other words, this is only hindering the slotcar enjoyment for me and maybe for others to come.

If Chassis is FREE in RC class, I dont see a problem to use a single brand (eg. SlotIt 21k rpm/FC-130 or FK-180) type motor for what ever chassis used & then (as "south boy doctor" said :D) we focus on tuning cars only.

Here's to me just trying to help keep the slot car enthusiasm alive.

Gentlemen, here's the rule:

If the car slides down the 45° ramp, it passes. If it doesn't slide down, it fails.

This is in effect from the next rally event.

Yes Boss :D

Must let you know though, from the outside looking in - it looks like we could have event 148 before race report 147... ;)

Luke, thanks for the reminder! With all the craziness of workmen in the house all week and all weekend too, as well as having the kids all sleeping out and my having to pick Zoe up on mornings to take to school, plus Debbie and I having to sleep by Gillian and Ronald over the weekend, plus the usual full work days, I totally forgot about the race report :(.

Will try my best to get it done before Thursday!!!
