FRC Rally Class regulation change

Guys,

Please take note of the following changes to the FRC Rally Car regulations, effective immediately:

Rally Car (RC)

Rally Car will be divided into Group A and Group B. The following basic requirements apply to both Rally Car groups:

Body: Must be modeled after a rally car and must comply with General item 2. Windows may be tinted so as not to reveal the cockpit.
Chassis: Free.
Interior: Free but if visible must have both driver and navigator figures (heads minimum).
Digital Chip: Free.
Motor: 21,500 RPM or lower, based on manufacturer's specifications.
Gearing: Free.
Motor Pod (where applicable): Free.
Magnets: No magnets allowed.
Wheels: Free.
Axles: Free.
Tyres: Free.
Guide Flag: Free.

All rally cars which comply to the basic requirements are eligible for Group B. A car that is found to stick (i.e. not allow it to roll/move) to a standard section of Scalextric Sport track when the track is elevated to 45 degrees is not eligible for Group A.
