Hi Guys,
Please vote in the poll above and let everyone (me especially) know if you will be racing this coming Thursday. You can change your choice as many times as you like up to the day before the proposed date. Once I get 6-8 positive responses I'll notify everyone that racing is on. Scheduled classes are Porsche Cup - 6 races @ 30 laps, Historic Saloon - 2 races @ 30 laps, F1 - 2 races @ 30 laps (300 total laps for all classes). Races will be run in this order: PC then HS then F1.
I'm expecting a few guys from Peter De Montbrun's Scalextric group to be in attendance, so come along and let's have a great event. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
Gordon
Will you race this Thursday (28th June)?
Re: Will you race this Thursday (28th June)?
Glad I already placed my "YES" vote for "PC & HS Classes" this Thursday...
I also wanted to post yesterday evening a new topic/prediction about the real F1 Racing, but was a little hesitant... so take the time to tell you all here.
For those of you, who dont know ~ Up to yesterday (23/6/12) it had 7 F1 Races & 7 Different Winners for (a first in F1) this season and my prediction if it didnt have a new winner in today's (24/6/12) race - to make it 8 out of 8 races.
Whoever in the present 7 winners - that will go on to win the Grand Prix of Europe/Spain will be the F1 World Champion of 2012
Anyone for $$ BETS
Luke

Why don't we race f1 and the other classes on f1 day, seeing that these classes haven't produced a race on the last 2 attempts. Just a thought
Re: Will you race this Thursday (28th June)?
Once racing's on, I'll be there for sure.

Re: Will you race this Thursday (28th June)?
Two RACES a Class for HS & F1 where did that come from
OMG GG ~ with all due respect, why you trying to please everybody so..?
On top of that, not trying to "spoon" feed anyone... What a daunting task
The (HS & F1) competition sound like racing mayhem and Borderline Boredom ~ where is the sense of excitement after the first race.
Aaron, you know, is you who start this whole BS
You know what GG... at the end of the day, its your track and whenever you say "jump". I will say "how high"

I'll be there on Thursday, whichever classes are being raced, but quite honestly, I prefer the 3 races per class (as per previous schedule), as opposed to the now proposed 2 for HS and 2 for F1. Still happy with the 6 Porsche Cup though.

First Aaron then Luke then Alex... each mentioned F1, so I tried to compromise by having a total of one more race than usual in the interest of pleasing everyone (hence 2 races each for HS & F1).
If we don't mess around and actually get started on time for a change, maybe we can have three races each for HS & F1 and hopefully everybody will be happy.

Good day gentlemen. Looking forwards. To Thurs. night. Glad you put in F1. I. Haven't raced that in a while. Could I recommend that we have 3. Races in each class. 6. Races in Porsche cup is a lot. But we should have a vote on that one. It's just a suggestion
