Cars we own without competitive classes

Post by gordon »

Hi Guys,

I have a few cars which do not fit into any FRC class competitively. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Let's list the cars which we own which do not fit into any current FRC class competitively in this section. Once we gather this information, we'll be in a better position to find or create a place for them to run competitively. List the cars' specs under the following headings: Body, motor, motor orientation, magnet(s), digital chip type, tyres, chassis brand, closest FRC class.

Here are the ones I have that I can think of at present:
  • Corvette C5R, Scale Auto 25,000 RPM (yellow can), inline, modified magnets, F1 chip, silicones, Fly, GT or Restricted GT.
  • Cobra, Scalextric 20,000 RPM (yellow can), inline, modified magnets, F1 chip, silicones, MRRC, Vintage Sports.
  • Alfa Romeo 33/3, Scale Auto 20,000 RPM ball-bearing (blue can), sidewinder, two standard Slot.It magnets in standard positions, F1 chip, silicones, Slot. It, LMP.
