Indeed Steve - A safe, happy and Holy Easter to all ...
It so happened while taking a rest around mid-day today - thought about Jesus being nailed to the cross so long ago ...
How he must have felt (and had to go through) a lot of humiliation, suffering and died for the sake of all mankind. It so happened - while relaxed in my bed, I looked down at my feet crossed swaying side to side and (not trying to be morbid) thought about how an 8" nail would feel going through ones instep.
Thank God I don't have to and could safely share here what I read
online about -
The crucifixion of Jesus
The section (and to the end) with
The Physical aspect of suffering in the crucifixion ... sure reminded what Jesus had to go through for us ..!

Thanks for sharing that Luke. I however, being very squeamish about these things, don't think I would be able to read that. Just thankful that He did it for all of us !

Hey Ramesh and others,
RameshB wrote:... the main reason he died is so that mankind who believe in him and his Crucifixion will have everlasting life ...
Great thanks to the Almighty God for such a bright and beautiful Sunday ~ celebrating the
Resurrection of his Son - Jesus Christ so many years ago today ...
So much so Ram - I read up on JC resurrection ...
... and it seems like its a problem there too for mankind believing in him.
I'm so glad my late Grand Mother (God rest her Soul) taught me never ever question God's work in a negative way ... In other words don't doubt anything the heavenly Father and Jesus Christ can do, has done and still doing today through the Holy Spirit right here on earth.
Btw - Steve, This story (second link) is much easier to "digest" than first one and don't think it will make you feel uneasy reading.
Have a wonderful day to all readers,
Luke
