Scalextric Beginnings...
Re: Scalextric Beginnings...
Very interesting Luke. I liked the slow motion photography of the old cars in action, showing front suspension movement. Saw a few shots of cars which I had in the early days, such as the Lamborghini Miura, Ford 3L and powersledge-chassis Lotus Indianapolis.
Re: Scalextric Beginnings...
Thanks Luke. That was great to see.
Re: Scalextric Beginnings...
Steve & Gordon,
The slow motion recording I found - looked like the F1's super slows too and by chance Steve, do you still have those (Lamborghini Miura, Ford 3L and Lotus Indianapolis) cars stockpiled somewhere? What I found gripping about this whole story, was the natural process & growth of Scalextric and it reminded me of the transformation and changes @ FRC... Also, how the progress of TSCC is taking place in the south land
Glad you'll got a charge "buzz" off this vid because I did
Going and get ready for another type of buzz - House of God/Church
