Re: TSCC NEW DTM MERCEDES BENZ CLASS
Thank you Ramesh, Arden and all other southerners for your hospitality ...
It was a very entertaining night of slot car racing down south
Ramesh, I must compliment you how you coordinate (on the spur of the moment) the attendance of TSCC racing drivers/groups. Plus not forgetting your inspiring commentating before, during & after the races. The (north boys) FRC group of races was an entertaining one, even though I just made the podium in third position
Saw some great analogue racing done by digital racers Steve and Gordon for first and second place respectively.
On the other hand - You and Arden sure have some grand plans for 132 racing and competitors alike ... I found the platform idea for 6 racing drivers sounding very first rate ..! This will surly whip up some significant excitement for drivers, marshals and spectators all at once.
Note: Notice how TSCC/FRC 2015 events chart was updated for the month of August

GG - Here's your window of opportunity hosting a full grid of FRC racers ... and marshals for Thursday 27th. August.
This day seems like the best time to host an FRC event all because of the change of TSCC (busy racing timetable) final event from the 27th.to the 30th. August holidays.
I would also like to suggest a Mixed IRCO Event (6 cars and not the 36 cars as considered with the pros and cons) for this one time event and sure by next (September) month FRC and TSCC will go back to their regular racing schedule.

Re: TSCC NEW DTM MERCEDES BENZ CLASS
Thank you Ramesh and Arden for last night's event at TSCC and as Luke mentioned, for your very accommodating hospitality. I enjoyed the change of flavor presented by my first taste of analog racing in some forty years (aside from a slight touch on Luke's track about six years ago), even if the long drive was somewhat less enjoyable! Makes me appreciate even more the effort you south guys make to attend FRC events with such frequency. I hope to ensure that it will not be a first and last experience for me. Much appreciated.

BTW GG,
Remember when I informed you while in Arden's company, that TSCC Circuit TRL is 42' per lane but ...
... when checking over my Scalextric RMS circuit design software and for the TSCC (figure of eight) 6 lane circuit - TRL is approx. 44' per lane.

- Main Straight Away ...... 14 full track lengths
Back Straight Away ........ 5 full track lengths
Fly Over ....................... 6 full track lengths
Final Straight Away ........ 3 full track lengths
