I understand that the car must be Scalextric, but what about the components like motor, wheels, tyres, gears, etc.?

GG - I am working with all Scalextric parts (hubs,tyres,axle,bearings and IL/SW gears) but the motor will be a SP type... In other words you could use your highest rpm value - its a little way to beat the system.
