Track work at FRC

Lowered the track to do some maintenance yesterday. I vacuumed certain areas, particularly the sections of grass and trees under the fluorescent light where literally hundreds of small insect carcasses had accumulated:

Also patched the wall on the outside of the carousel corner and refreshed some of the advertising on it:

Cayman Pond got a cleaning and before closing up, I wiped all the track rails with isopropyl alcohol and applied a fresh layer of Inox:

Things are now in place for this week's high powered races for American Muscle, GT and LMP.

Yes GG,

All areas (5 pics) looking very refreshing .,. and I agree with Steve - A Job Very Well Done. Although, sort of wondered - why didn't you ask for any help or did you ..? Anyway, the fact that this work was carried out, means how dedicated you are to FRC and its really a source of inspiration for us 132 slotcar racers.

Glad to be on-board :D

Luke

Luke, I sent a text to you and Steve (and O'Brie) and a subsequent follow up email showing that the text failed to go through. I only realised that it didn't go through at 10pm Saturday and was wondering why neither of you had responded or turned up until then.
