The whereabouts of Race Report #78 - time frame May/June 2011...

I came across this situation by chance (Race Report #78 is missing) and just couldnt find it after all the other Racing post/topics.

Am I correct

The word "whereabouts" just reminded me of certain "people" in high places on this present day 27th. July back in 1990

I only observed it looking for the first FTC Race Report which is #96.
