New all-in-one FRC Qualifying and Race Result Form

Hi Guys,

I've combined the FRC Qualifying Form and Race Result Form into a single form. It now looks like this:



Here's a closeup for a single class/race entry:



This should make recording results and transcribing them to our database somewhat easier.

The IROC races will use the normal form which is better suited for them (until I come up with an improvement).
