One of my pet peeves about the way it was set up is that with the sidewinder Slot.It pod, even with zero-hub rear wheels, the rear tyres stick out the fenders about 2mm on each side. Today I fixed this by completely rebuilding the car. It now has an inline pod, different motor, narrower rear track so that the wheels are under the fenders where they belong and a few other changes. Come race day, I'll qualify both this car in VSP as well as my Cobra Daytona in VSGT, then decide which car to run. Whatever the case, I enjoyed re-thinking it and look forward to seeing how it runs and further improving it from there.
