We had a crazy night of qualifying and races for LMP and American Muscle in particular last evening. It seems that we are losing the ability to drive in a controlled fashion where we display skill over brawn. The most civilised (and, for me, enjoyable) races were in the Vintage Sports class which is coming along quite nicely, thank you. If you haven't got a car in this class, you're missing out. We got going a bit late as everyone seemed to have something to work on with their cars. As a result we ran three races per class for the three scheduled classes.
I'm going to look into implementing a feature which automatically issues a "track call" and stops all the cars if one de-slots. We need to do something about the wild driving which damages the cars and messes up innocent drivers' chances.
Congratulations to the three class winners Brent in American Muscle, Dougie in LMP and that fella with the blue Lola T70 in Vintage Sports!
