Timetable for this Thursday

Hi Guys,
Well I'm closing the office at 3:00 PM on Thursday to start organising for our Formula Libre event. Because of the number of cars we will need to qualify (hopefully you'll all bring a few) and possible number of races, things will be started earlier than usual. Its in your interest to get to the track in time. Remember, if a car does not get a qualifying time, it cannot be classified and therefore cannot race (but you can hang around and marshal!).

TIMETABLE
- 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Open practice
- 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Qualifying in 5 min sessions (up to 6 drivers per session). This should give us ample time to qualify over 40 cars.
- 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Computing grid positions, setting car IDs (controllers), eating and drinking.
- 9:00 PM - Racing starts
