Hi Guys,
FRC will be open for practice, testing and racing from 7:30 PM this Thursday (5th March) for our Group F classes, American Muscle - 3 races @ 30 laps, GT - 3 races @ 30 laps, LMP - 3 races @ 30 laps. Remember that our events start no later than 8:30PM sharp. Here's the usual schedule:

- Free practice and testing up to 8:30 PM
- 8:30 PM SHARP - Qualifying followed by racing. Drivers not ready when called to grid will be replaced by any standby drivers who are ready.
- Winning cars will be checked for compliance with the regulations after the last race for each class (excluding IROC classes).
- After racing - Packing up and liming/old talk (but not too late!).
Here are the specific AM, GT and LMP class regulations (blue text indicates any changes for 2015):
- American Muscle (AM)
- Body: Must be modeled after traditional “American Muscle”/late '60s and early '70s "Trans-Am" cars, including the Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro, Plymouth Barracuda, Dodge Charger, Mercury Cougar, AMC Javelin and Pontiac Firebird. For the purpose of this class, the Chevrolet Corvette is not considered an American muscle car. Body must comply with General item 2. Windows may be tinted so as not to reveal the cockpit.
- Chassis: Free.
- Interior: Free but must comply with General item 3.
- Digital Chip: Free.
- Motor: Free.
- Gearing: Free.
- Motor Pod (where applicable): Free.
- Magnets: Free.
- Wheels: Free.
- Axles: Free.
- Tyres: Free.
- Guide Flag: Free.
GT
- Body: Must be modeled after a two-door car which competes in GT racing and must comply with General item 2. Windows may be tinted so as not to reveal the cockpit - see Eligible Cars under Restricted GT above
- Chassis: Free.
- Interior: Free but must comply with General item 3.
- Digital Chip: Free.
- Motor: Free.
- Gearing: Free.
- Motor Pod (where applicable): Free.
- Magnets: Free.
- Wheels: Free.
- Axles: Free.
- Tyres: Free.
- Guide Flag: Free.
LMP
- Body: Must be modeled after a prototype (non-production) car from 1976 onwards which competes in LMP racing and must comply with General item 2. Windows may be tinted so as not to reveal the cockpit.
- Chassis: Free.
- Interior: Free but must comply with General item 3.
- Digital Chip: Free.
- Motor: Free.
- Gearing: Free.
- Motor Pod (where applicable): Free.
