Hi Guys,

Having had to cancel last week's racing because of a power outage and based on the poll results for racing this week, FRC will be open for practice, testing and racing from 1:00 PM this Thursday (23rd October) for our Group D classes, Modified Production - 5 races @ 30 laps, F1 - 5 races @ 30 laps. There will be no racing next week as I will be out of the country, so to help catch up for lost time, we will also be racing the second of our Group E classes tomorrow, Slot.It Challenge - 5 races @ 30 laps and, time allowing, any IROC class those present agree to. Here's the schedule:
  • Free practice and testing up to 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM SHARP - Qualifying followed by racing. Drivers not ready when called to grid will be replaced by any standby drivers who are ready.
  • Winning cars will be checked for compliance with the regulations after the last race for each class (excluding IROC classes)
  • After racing - Packing up and liming/old talk (but not too late!).
You can see all the class regulations here and the general racing regulations here.

Don't forget to bring along some refreshments.

Ice Brigade: Luke B.

Sorry... no Reality Check pics this time.

See you on the circuit...
Gordon

Gordon and Fellow Racers...

Well have a great time racing on Thursday....I will not be making it out to FRC as we will be leaving by the time you "expect" to finish, heading down South for a Divali get-together. Need to experience ALL the Trini Culture, you know. Plus my wife wants to get good use out of the appropriate Indian outfit she purchased. This will be our second dinner for Divali dinner.

So Enjoy !!!

Here's a racing list in order - for those present to agree on racing (time allowing) for any of the "now" 5 IROC classes 8-)
  • 1. Mixed GT (PC, LS & FTC) ....... IROC
    2. Scalextric GT Challenge ......... IROC
    3. Vintage Sports ..................... IROC
    4. Mini Challenge ..................... IROC
    5. Nissan GT-R Super Series ...... IROC
Mini Challenge - Number 4 was the last IROC raced & might as well go with number 5 (NSS) IROC class to help try, finishing a complete class grouping cycle in 2014 ...

See you'll who racing this evening and Gary, enjoy the Divali dinner ~ Trini Style :D
