Alex asked me for an order (20 -24 servings) of Beef Ribs to be grilled by him and hope this info help others, with decision-making on what you'll will like to bring.
I will be bringing a Large Drum with 5 bags of Ice (keeping refreshments cold in one spot) plus a Jumbo size Dust Bin to keep the surroundings clean.
I will try and do a Mango Chow - providing I find green mangoes to buy tomorrow okay ... Styro 9" Plates, Cups, Sporks, Napkins and a bottle of home made Pepper Sauce will also be provided.
