My fantasy classes

I am very happy with the class structure and class groupings at FRC now and don't think that it would be practical at this time to add any more classes. If it were possible though, there are some classes and/or race type that to me, would be very enjoyable(that's why the topic is 'my' fantasy classes). Some of these would be as follows:
-Standard GT: This would be for unmodified GT cars of any brand but with magnets removed. Tyres would be free (to partially make up for the loss of magnetic downforce). There could be a motor rpm restriction. All regular FRC rules eg. addition of weight being allowed and so on would apply.

-Mixed Historic Saloon: This is something that Gordon alluded to earlier, whereby in a series of say 3 races, one can only use 1 type of car once, eg. one could race a Scaley MG, Scaley Escort and SCX Escort over the 3 races but would not be able to run say 3 different Scaley Escorts.

-Mixed Vintage Sports: Same as above

-New rally class for vintage rally cars only, say pre-1980. This would be along the lines of Slot Rally GB's 's's vintage class for only older, 2 wheel drive cars. Very popular here are Escorts (as could be expected), Fiat 124s and 131s, Alpine A110s, Porsche 911s and so on.

As I said, this is just a selection of my fantasy races.
Anyone else have any other fantasy races they'd like to share ?

I certainly have enough HS and VS cars to do the "mixed" races and would love to do them. It would give me the opportunity to race several cars that currently just sit in their cases or are driven in practice once in a while.

For those of you who may not have enough cars, nothing is stopping you from sharing cars with another or others in a similar predicament. We can run three races where each driver uses a different car for each race, similar to our Mixed GT event.

The nice thing about this is that we're not talking about a new class, just a different way to run existing classes.
