This is well done and does clarify all classes.
1. Historic you are allowing FF 18k-20k, but FC130 18k only. In vintage you are stating FF 18-20k and FC130 21.5k. Can you please explain?
2. You should do some scruterneering. Put nos 1-6 and let someone pull a no#. Whoever breaks a record pull and check. Any car that is suspect should be pulled.

You need to set up a race committee.

In response to the points you raised:

• This is a discrepancy which I believe that all of the current drivers at FRC should think over, discuss and vote upon.
• We're definitely going to be doing random checks on cars based on the roll of a dice or other means. From my email last night: "On a related note, since there is no used having rules if there is no policing, I had been thinking about a fair and practical way to implement this and came up with an idea but Luke actually beat me to putting it out on the forum. I'm referring to Luke's suggestion of rolling a dice to randomly check cars. My thoughts were actually to roll and check two cars per class since it just requires removing the car's body to have access to the items to be checked. This can be done right after the last race in each class. I've even thought of an award to be given to anyone failing to pass this scrutinising - the "Bobolee" award. Other suggestions (for the name of the award) will be considered."

Good ideas Gordon.

In vintage I agree with full interior. Digital chip should be open. If Have a slot it vintage it will be nice to put back a slot it chip. Chip may make a difference but it will be difficult to put a slot it chip in every car.
I think if most of the inetrior is missing the car should be banned. You can also put a minimum weight to get a better handle on things.

Hey Arden - that was some great observation on your part with the FF-18K & SP-18K rpm motors in HS class versus the FF-18K & SP-21K rpm motors in VS class.

You will/may have noticed that the F1 class is like the VS class as well ~ FF-18K rpm & SP-21K rpm motors.

Maybe we should/could (cause of majority 2 to 1) let the HS class be this way too...

Although when look back (as far as I know) the BMW Mini cars (last event) was the only cars in HS class running the SP-18K rpm motors and they wont off the pace by far...

Gordon ~ My thoughts on your update with the regulations for all FRC's racing classes...

You made it look even more simple to understand, so anyone applying these rules for any class (racing setup) shouldnt have any problems. It is very straight forward across the board.

You said there are still some other smaller details to workout but (as we all know) there is always room for some kind of improvment with anything...
