Racing cancelled due to poor turnout

Hi Guys,

Yesterday's racing never came off as very few drivers turned up and they did so at various times, making it impossible to actually get racing started. Those who were there however did get some sorting and practice done and we had some impromptu on-track battles involving three and four cars which were great fun, but not as enjoyable as actual races.

Because of the time and effort that I have to put into organising FRC events, when we do not end up racing its a big let down for me. With this in mind, all future FRC events will be determined by you guys. I will poll everyone and not waste my time prepping the yard and track unless we have a minimum of 6-8 confirmed entrants.

In the mean time let me know when you might be interested in racing again.

Gordon

No actual racing was done but still had a good time liming and having some 'non-race' racing ! I have never seen a slot car as long as O'Brie's Dodge Charger .Now that curfew has been lifted, maybe there will be a better driver turnout if we revert to racing at a later time or even to racing on Thursday evenings.
