What our American Muscle class really represents

Guys,
When I chose the name "American Muscle" for our fast American-manufacturer class, the cars I was referring to were the famous "pony cars" of the '60s and early '70s that competed in the then new "Trans Am" series. Trans-Am attracted all the big US car manufacturers - Pontiac, Mercury, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, AMC and Plymouth. The models that competed were:
