Amendment to race night schedule (proposal)

Hi guys,
In the interest of full compliance with the spec.regulations, I would like to propose, in addition to the fifteen minutes allowed for scrutineering, an additional ten minutes, if necessary, to allow minor adjustments which would ensure that cars comply fully with the regulations before racing. It seems that there are still some cases whereby cars need a bit of 'assistance' to drop off/away from the upside down test track and this is being allowed with explanations such as the cars are becoming magnetized while being driven in testing etc. I believe that an extra ten minutes (say eight minutes for adjustment plus two minutes for re-scrutineering the errant cars) would be more than enough time for drivers to ensure full compliance.
What are your thoughts ?
Steve
