BTCC rules revision to equalise cars

Guys, we're seeing that the longer BTCC cars (MG and VW) are showing a performance advantage over the shorter cars (BMW and Honda). Having discussed the best way to fix this discrepancy with Ramesh at Thursday's event, I've made two changes to the class rules in an effort to equalise all the cars. These changes only affect the longer cars.
In summary, for the MG and VW, I've eliminated allowing the ultra-light lexan interiors as well as raised their minimum weight by 10gm (from 80gm to 90gm). You can see these changes in the class rules here. If necessary we will continue to fine-tune the rules so that both car dimensions are competitive.
