New 2019 class rule changes with immediate effect

Hello All,
I've implemented the following changes to our 2019 class rules with immediate effect:
Slot.It Challenge:
1.0 mm ground clearance under magnet.
The primary intent here is to reduce/eliminate power problems on the track. Secondarily, it will help slow down the cars slightly and require more focus on driving.
Rally Car:
1.0 mm ground clearance under motor.
The primary intent here is to stop motors from dragging on the track in our ongoing efforts to get the only magnets on the cars - those in the motor - as close as possible to the rails. Secondarily, as with SC above, it will help slow down the cars slightly and require more focus on driving.
Scratch Built:
1.0 mm ground clearance under motor.
Although we haven't reached there as yet, this is for the same reason as for Rally Car above.
These changes are not debatable.
I plan to add the proposed Scratch Built rules to our official 2019 class rules shortly.
