2019 regulations

Post by steveaca »

Hi Gordon,
as we come to the end of this year and start thinking about next year's racing, I think we should formally adjust the Historic Saloon rules as previously discussed, allowing the substitution of axles and related components.

Yes Steve, this has been on my mind today. I have actually been fighting a terrible flu for the past week and a half. Still feeling pretty awful. I reviewed the regulations-related posts over the past few months and three things came to mind:
  • The poll results for Historic Saloon (4 in favor, none against)
  • The poll results for American Pony Car (3 in favor, none against)
  • The scratch-built fun class requirement of a completely home-built chassis
Based on these points, I'll soon be updating the class rules to reflect these items.

Hi Gordon,
looking forward to seeing the new rules.
Both Jonathan and I have been struck by the flu as well, but seem to be over the worst of it now. Hope you feel better soon.
