Slight leeway for underweight cars

Guys, as you may recall, when we were using the Magnet Marshall to check downforce, we allowed a slight allowance over the maximum downforce permitted for the class. This was to allow cars just over the limit to be still considered legal.

Now that we have classes with minimum weights, I propose we do likewise. To make it simple, I'd like to suggest than any car that is up to 2gm under the minimum weight limit still be considered legal as far as weight is concerned.
