Hi Gordon what are your thoughts on using this new shapeways chassis, I would like to see them in a muscle car with one mag in line and 21k motor, almost like slot it set up , so we can get to see some of the shelby monogram gt 350 and other similar cars of that era running. as close as the slot it cars are right now.

Hi Ram,
The new American Pony Car class already has a limit of 21k rpm motor and limited (by location and USD) magnetic downforce. These cars as tested recently, showed very good pace and were fun to drive. Very importantly, they were very cost effective to set up. I think the Shapeways route would prove to be significantly more expensive and the choice of cars raced much more limited due to the unavailability of that chassis for all brands of muscle car.

Hi Steve the pony class is fine thats a great idea which can be very enjoyable as a new class for 2017 no problems there, but i will still like to see what this new chassis does may not necessary to be for any competition.I just like the design.

Hi Ram,
It would be interesting to compare the performance of the two set ups. Do you have one of the Shapeways chassis ?

I have one under my GT350 body. Need to install a new chip to test it. Had driving school today at Wallerfield so I haven't had time as yet to work my cars and to fix the PowerBase buttons. With the Brazilian GP tomorrow, it's going to be tight getting everything done, but I'll try.
