GG,

David "boo" (he's offshore atm) and I spoke on the phone yesterday morning. Of course one of the things we talked about was FRC and because he will be back onshore Thursday morning, he asked - We Racing .. :?:

I told him its Testing Thursday and Racing Saturday ... He mentioned that he already told you he may not be able to make the Saturday but when I told him about the state of affairs with you accommodating all drivers ...

He understood ... especially when I hinted its only 60 minutes of racing and being done in the evening ... and said - for sure he will try and make it :D

In case you're wondering if I spoke to other racing buddies - Alex, Kerwin, Paul and Dougie - about this endurance race on Saturday? I didn't and letting you know now, when I get the chance (maybe while in my car in traffic) I will give them a phone call to help fuel their liveliness to come & Race on Saturday.

GG,

Did as I said, and called Alex first, Kerwin second, Paul and Dougie in that order and Alex was the only flipping one who answered his flipping phone and he told me he already replied by text to you that he will try and (something or the other concerning his son fishing) make it ... Which tells me you have already informed these guys in some way or the other ... Now, what I like about this - is when so called big men cant answer their phone or return a call and I realize why this was so - I know what next I have to do !!!

If Kerwin, Paul and Dougie feel I'm going to call them back again - I hope they hold their frigging breath and keep holding it because it ain't going to happen. I remember the last time Luke B. drove through my car (his Lambo my 997) in a MGT race and I called it, he said he isn't taking it ... My thoughts at the time ... was okay and quietly rest down my controller and softly said - race by your flipping self then!

Well, that was then and this is now because sure you noticed we (Luke and Luke B.) real good today - big winner that he is and all ...

The point I am making here is - Kerwin, Paul and Dougie could stay home by their slack self ..!

Plain talk bad manners,

Luke T.

Luke, thanks for trying. Don't be to harsh on the guys. Maybe they were busy or away from their phones. I know you're a bit frustrated but don't take it out on them.

Coming back to the race, sorry I haven't called to arrange getting together to work on your car(s). I've been busy with work and family activities and with trying to finish my cars. Finally basically have them done as of a few minutes ago. Just a few minor things, but they're basically ready for Thursday's test session. We can use Thursday to get some stuff done on yours.

This planet today with (and look who I'm letting know) high tech communication service way gone for persons to have such feeble excuses like that ...

Is better you say (and them) like they didn't want to take the call.

One could work with that - in this harsh world we living in.

Okay but remember the two different personalities - Mixed IROC and LMP-E/GT-E races :)

Gordon,

I knew you may have been very busy concerning tuning 132 cars together - so don't be troubled because I understand.

BTW - I didn't lose any sleep over those (Kerwin, Paul and Dougie ) up in the air cell calls but if they do call back today - its because they were reading the forum here. hehe

Thanking God for a new day with new mercies ;)
