G M Gordon,

Now because of the low amount of LMP cars compared to GT cars, I may consider tuning a LMP car and fine with TESTING Tuesday and RACING Thursday.

Also, fine how you and Steve replies (1st. page) both started with ...

I don't think ... and yet explained quite nicely why you'll enjoy this hobby.

My understanding - it's one of the main features (tuning 132 slotcars) you'll pick out liking with this pastime.

Purchasing slotcar racing items is sure to happen and simple to see, whether its a big or small budget.

All having the ability to mount a challenge & be delighted in trying to finish first ...

Remember, I already wrote how I enjoy you'll wholeheartedness for slotcar tuning but the point I want to make ...
  • • Like real car racing you got to spend money no matter what trying to finish first ...
... and I harp on ~ my likeness is mounting a challenge in the IROC racing classes and monies well spent, setting up these type cars which we all delight in :D

It would be great if you could prepare a car for the race Luke, either LMP or GT. I feel that a GT would actually be a better idea though since Ramesh is prepping two LMP and two GT cars and I am doing one of each. I feel that both Ramesh and myself would prefer to race the LMP cars over the GTs. That makes a full LMP field, so we're actually short of GT cars since there's only Steve's so far.

I keep thinking about that neat Corvette which I believe you bought with this race in mind.

Guys, I prefer to have the event on Saturday afternoon/evening instead of Thursday. Please think about it and adjust your vote above if necessary to reflect your preference.

Sounding GR8 !!!
  • Testing Tuesday ~ Racing Saturday

... and from 3 to 6pm is very good with me too.

I had already change my vote from Thursday to Saturday, so don't need to re-set anything.

Since the race is on Saturday, anyone have a problem doing the test session on Thursday instead of Tuesday?

Steve, I have no problem getting started with qualifying around 5pm. I know it's a little later than Ramesh suggested, but I'm sure he won't mind. I saw Nicholas (E) yesterday and he said it would be easier for him to make it on Saturday, so if your other potential teammate can't make Saturday, he should be there.

G M GG,

The second week in July being FRC's cycle week (rotation) for 60 minutes of slotcar racing, seems to be very difficult for you to organize/finalize?

Remember I did ask how it is sounding - Test Thursday & Race Saturday ...

Anyway, how ever you're going to set these dates -
  • Test Tuesday / Race Thursday

    Test Tuesday / Race Saturday

    Test Thursday / Race Saturday
I will go about making myself available (God willing of course) for both these days because you go about doing a tremendous job accommodating us all.

Remember its difficult to please everybody, so like your favourite F1 driver (Hamilton) saying ...

Its Hammer Time and to hammer out dates and times for the LMP-E/GT-E "1 Hour" Endurance racing.
